9歳の頃より母の手伝いで水引細工を作り始める⁡
⁡高校卒業後、消防設備点検や精密加工業等異業種に就き様々な知識、技術を習得（この間も水引は作り続ける）⁡
21歳から水引を専業⁡
⁡令和4年3月21日水引事業のみを独立⁡
⁡令和4年10月パリにて行われたアートコンペティションにおいて審査員特別賞を受賞⁡
⁡令和5年広島（6月）スペイン（10月）で開催される国際平和美術展に出展⁡
スペインではサンティアゴ・デ・コンポステーラのエウヘニオ・グラネル財団美術館に展示⁡

Kenji Yamada

Started making mizuhiki crafts at the age of 9 with the help of his mother.
After graduating from high school, he worked in different industries, such as fire equipment inspection and precision processing, acquiring various knowledge and skills (he continued to make mizuhiki during this time).
Started making mizuhiki exclusively at the age of 21.
On March 21, 2022, he became independent in the mizuhiki business only.
In October 2022, he won a special jury prize at an art competition in Paris.
In 2023, exhibited at the International Peace Art Exhibition in Hiroshima (June) and Spain (October).
Exhibited in Spain at the Eugenio Granell Foundation Museum in Santiago de Compostela.
